Welcome to my profile for The Sharon Narbonne Team. As a Realtor with the experience and energy you need to get the job done and do it as stress free as possible. With over 16+ years of full time experience as a full time Realtor representing 100’s of both Buyers and Sellers listing their homes with me to sell I have the knowledge you need. In addition I have 22 years experience as a Real Estate Paralegal at local law firms where I worked full time closing 100’s of homes for closing attorneys and earned my Notary Public for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for over 30 years. Recently, I earned my RESA designation which is a staging designation to help you set your home up to sell. For the past 7+ years I have earned Top Producer awards, including the Executive, Bronze and Silver Top Producer designations. I work hard and play hard. I just got married in June to the love of my life, Alan and we enjoy traveling, dining out, theatre and attending concerts to name a couple of things as we feel life is short so save your pennies but also make every day count and being spontaneous is what makes life worth living always being open to new people and experiences. How runs his own concrete company, Narbonne Concrete Contractors, Inc. as we are both in the property and commercial real estate business we stay very busy. I have 2 children aged 21 and 25 years old. One of the main things in my life is fundraising and finding a cure for Cystic Fibrosis, as my son, who is 25, has been fighting CF his whole life. Recently the FDA approved Trikafta which has shown immense benefits to him so very happy for that ! Back to my business, one is my favorite parts of being a Realtor is working with First Time Home Buyer’s. I love walking my buyers through finding a home they love and closing on it. For sellers, my strength is negotiating you the highest price and keeping the deal together in a seamless transaction.
